Possible Delays Due to External Events
House of Hats cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, customs delays, etc.).
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after shipment, please contact our customer service at info@house-of-hats.com so that we can open an inquiry with the carrier.
Change of Delivery Address
We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at info@house-of-hats.com.
Cancellation Policy & Address Errors
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped, ideally within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible
Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. Address modifications are only possible if the order has not yet been processed.
House of Hats cannot be held responsible for address errors, refused shipments, or undeliverable orders.
Damaged Parcels in Transit
If you notice that a parcel is damaged during delivery, please, if possible, refuse the parcel from the carrier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please contact us immediately at info@house-of-hats.com.
